To all members of the Jersey Aero Club notice is hereby given of an Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 30th October 2008 19:30 hrs at the Jersey Aero Club.

Audited accounts will be available from 23rd October 2008 upon request  to the Chairman or the Honorary Secretary ( alternatively copies will be available at the meeting from 18:30hrs).

AGENDA FOR THE MEETING

(a) To receive the Annual Report.

(b) To receive the Treasurer's Report and audited Accounts for the year.

(c) To decide on the Subscription and Entry Fees for the next year.

(d) To discuss proposals for amendments to the Constitution of the Club

(d) To elect Members of the Executive Committee.

(e) To elect an Auditor.

(e) To consider any other business mentioned in the Agenda.
